Why Choose Our [acf_post_title]

There are many reasons to choose our [acf_post_title] for your pet the next time you’re away on business or enjoying a much-needed holiday. Those listed below are some of the most frequently mentioned by our happy customers.

  • Round-the-Clock Veterinary Attention
We have 24-hour vet access and direct ties to Sydney Veterinary Emergency & Specialist Rosebery Hospital. This means we’re able to deal with any medical emergencies quickly and effectively. As a dog owner, you won’t need us to tell you how much this peace of mind means to our regular clients.
  • Convenient Pick-Up Service
Our pet taxi service is ideal for busy people who simply don’t have time to drop their furry friend off at our dog boarding kennels, and it’s keenly priced too. If you live in Alexandria or a nearby suburb (such as Waterloo, Sans Souci, Zetland and Redfern, to name a few), this service starts from $10 and could make life much easier for you.
  • High Standard of Care
Customers with a wide experience of dog kennels tell us that we offer the best [acf_post_title], and we’d be lying if we said we didn’t agree! But in all seriousness, we’re dedicated, dog-loving professionals who strive to provide the highest standard of care to our furry guests at all times.
  • Safe, Clean and Hygienic Accommodation
If you’re looking for a dog boarding kennel that’s 100% clean and safe, look no further. We keep our kennels spotless at all times and make sure that every dog is comfortable, safe and happy.

In addition to all these excellent reasons to choose our [acf_post_title], there’s our highly flexible approach. We’re always happy to tailor our services to meet the needs of individual pets to make them feel happy and secure.

What’s Included in Our Dog Boarding Service

Our [acf_post_title] includes everything your pet needs to be happy, comfortable and safe, with the exception of you of course! But don’t worry. As a highly-trained team of canine care specialists, we know just how to make new visitors feel at home. We’ll make sure your furry friend gets plenty of good food, exercise and loving attention while he or she is with us. We also have a direct line to a local specialist animal hospital to ensure we’re able to deal with any health issues, should they arise. Our premium dog kennel boarding service includes all of the following:

24-Hour Vet Access

Your dog’s health and safety are our top priorities.

We have a 24-hour vet on call with direct access to Sydney Veterinary Emergency & Specialist Rosebery Hospital for any emergencies or health concerns.

Nutritious Meals and Optional Upgrades

All meals, including kibble, are included in the price for our [acf_post_title]; there are no hidden costs. However, we do offer some optional extras for doggies with sensitive tummies or food allergies. For just $12:95 extra per night, we’ll treat your furry friend to 500g of prime raw kangaroo. Kangaroo meat is not as widely used to feed canines in Australia as the more commonly encountered meats such as chicken and beef. This makes it a great option for dog boarding kennel guests with food allergies. We also offer the option of adding boiled chicken for an extra $6 per night. This is an option we recommend to owners of dogs with sensitive stomachs, as it’s easier for them to digest. You are also welcome to bring their own food along if you wish (at no charge, of course).

Safe, Comfortable Kennels

When you take advantage of our [acf_post_title], you know your dog will be in safe hands. During the daytime, our boarding guests mix with the daycare gang, supervised by highly experienced and passionate professionals. During the night-time, all our temporary residents are guaranteed a safe, clean and peaceful environment thanks to the limited size of our overnight accommodation for boarders. Not only does this minimise any disturbances, but it also makes it easy for us to give each doggie the attention they need and keep our kennels spotlessly clean.

Exercise and Walking Options

Our [acf_post_title] is designed to ensure that every pet we care for has the opportunity to burn up some energy during supervised play sessions. We also offer additional walking services for doggies that need more focused exercise.

  • 1-hour walk around Sydney Park for $35 per walk.
  • 30-minute walk around Alexandria Park for $20 per walk.

Pets that spend more than two weeks at our dog boarding kennels  can enjoy our optional walking services at discounted rates. We recommend taking advantage of these services if possible, even if it’s only every other day or once or twice during your pet’s stay with us. Dogs that get plenty of exercise and fresh air are healthier, happier and more relaxed when away from home. If you’re planning to take advantage of our pet boarding for puppies, an occasional longer walk could help your little doggie cope better with any separation anxiety he or she may be experiencing.

Pet Taxi Availability

If it’s inconvenient for you to drop your furry friend off with us, we offer a pet taxi service covering all areas of Sydney, which starts from just $10 (if you’re outside of Alexandria and nearby suburbs such as Waterloo, Redfern and Eveleigh, this service is only available for pets staying for 5 days or more at our dog boarding NSW facility). Our pet taxi service is very popular with clients who lead packed work and social lives and consequently have very little time to spare for additional chores.

The Small Print

Please note: all pets older than 1 year must be desexed before we can accept them at our big and small [acf_post_title] centre.

Our [acf_post_title] team needs to assess each visitor at a trial daycare session before they come to stay with us to ensure a smooth transition from your care to ours.

To help ease separation anxiety, you may bring your pet’s favourite comfort items along (but unfortunately, we’re unable to accept responsibility if your dog destroys one or more of these items while with us).

Perfect for Puppies and Small Dogs

If you’re interested in pet boarding for puppies, you won’t find a better environment for your little playmate than our dedicated doggy care centre in Alexandria, NSW. We have a great deal of experience in caring for puppies and small breeds, making us the obvious choice for owners of diminutive pets that prefer a calm environment with lots of attention and pampering. If you’d like to find out more about our small [acf_post_title], we’d be delighted to tell you more about it whenever you have a moment to spare. In addition to making small dogs feel safe and secure in our dog boarding kennel, we’re also a dab hand at helping first-time boarders settle in and relax.

For information about other services, such as our pre-boarding grooming service, don’t hesitate to get in touch. Many of our regular customers book their pooch in for a trim before they come to stay with us.
